Need a Pug For Your Del Mar Home
Tomorrow, Saturday, May 7th is the annual Pug Rescue Day at the Del Mar Fairgrounds’ Infield Pavilion. This is sure to be the largest assembly of pug dogs in California as pugs and their owners travel to Del Mar. If you live in Del Mar and have not yet been to Pug Rescue Day, you are in for a treat if you join in celebrating the 20th anniversary of Pug Rescue San Diego County (PRSDC). You’ll want to bring the whole family to share in the festivities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., near your Del Mar home.
The theme of this year’s event is “The Emerald City ~ There’s No Place Like Home” and will feature a “hot air balloon” wagon ride, Professor Marvel’s Paw Reading booth, a Pug of a Different Color tail painting booth, a “walk the yellow brick road” game for kids and adults, and many other wonderful costume contests and games. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children ten and under. Everyone is encouraged to dress in a theme related costume. To read the schedule planned for tomorrow, click here.
