Have a Dogtober Adventure Near Your La Jolla Home
Celebrate Halloween early with Dogtober. The La Jolla Indian Campground is hosting its annual Howl’aween Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 5th. Have an adventure with your dog near your La Jolla home and go camping that weekend, October 4th through 6th.
Saturday will have several fun events for families and their dogs. At 11 a.m., dress your pooch in his best costume for Pooches on Parade. Prizes will be awarded to the dogs with the best costumes. Free dog portraits will be taken from 1 to 3 p.m. Hang it in your La Jolla home to remember this fun weekend event. At 3 p.m., bring your dog for Yappy Hour. It’s a dog party! The La Jolla Indian Campground is a beautiful place to spend a relaxing weekend. Oak trees shade the camp sites. There are lots of wild flowers, sage, and other native plants.
