Community Celebrated in Coronado homesThose living in Coronado homes is invited to celebrate Coronado Main Street’s 25th anniversary.  The 22nd Annual Garden Party will be held on Saturday, September 7th from 5 to 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy the beautiful and historic Coronado homes and gardens located at 535 Ocean Boulevard.  Come and celebrate this wonderful community organization that has worked so hard to turn Coronado’s downtown into the vibrant gathering place it is today.

The party will showcase a number of great restaurants and businesses near your Coronado home.  Guests can enjoy a variety of tastings from Coronado restaurants.  There will also be no host cocktails, wine tasting, and CBC brew. Live entertainment will be at the event, and residents can bid on silent auction and raffle prizes, too.  There’s even a $1,000 grand prize drawing. Coronado Main Street Ltd. was formed in 1988.  Its mission was to revitalize downtown Coronado and reverse the 35% vacancy rate of the Coronado homes and retail space at that time.  The mission was successful, as you no doubt know. Downtown Coronado has become a destination both for people who live in Coronado and visitors from all over the world.
