Musical SUDS Playing Near Coronado Homes

Good things happen near Coronado homesSUDS, the jamming rock opera, is opening at the Coronado Playhouse on Friday, October 25th.  Theatre lovers in Coronado homes won’t want to miss this delightful show.  It’s about Cindy, a young woman looking for love while working in a Laundromat.  Her guardian angels show her the way to find true love and how to survive this rough and tumble world.  The show takes viewers back to the 1960’s with hits like “Mr. Postman,” “Respect,” “I Feel Good,” and “Do You Want to Know a Secret.”  The show toured the United States to rave reviews, from California to New York.  It will be playing near Coronado homes until December 1st, 2013.

This production of SUDS has Coronado Playhouse partnered with Wounded Warrior Project (WWP).  WWP began as a small operation for provided comfort items to veterans recovering from wounds received on tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.  It’s since grown into a comprehensive rehabilitation organization.  WWP assists wounded warriors and their caregivers in every aspect of their transition back to civilian life.
