Jammer Sells Home For $1.2 Million

News | 15th Jul 2012

Quentin Jammer, an American football player who currently plays cornerback for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League (NFL) has sold his east of Rancho Santa Fe for $1.2 million.

Jammer, who has been with San Diego since 2002, has parted ways with 4,300-square-foot home at 15610 Hayden Lake Place. It was put up in the market less than 30 days before escrow closed in April, although he has two other properties that are currently on the market right now.

The house is on a cul-de-sac that includes an AV system. It is also very private, making it an ideal home for the family.

The original price of the house when Jammer bought it in Jan 9, 2009 was $1.1 million. However, it was sold to Timothy and Lori Roche for only 1.2 million, $75,000 below the original asking price.

Jammer has two other listings available in the market as well: a vacant lot and a golf villa. Both are situated in the Crosby community, and both of their listing prices are lower than the original amount paid by the Jammers.

The golf villa, which is found at 16906 Blue Shadows Lane, was bought by the Jammers in April 2007 for $1.283 million, but was listed in the market for only $1.095 million. The spectacular villa boasts of beautiful views of Crosby’s golf course, a soaking tub and wine fridge, and a gourmet kitchen.┬áIt has been on the market for 300 days.

Jammer’s second listing is a vacant lot in Crosby, which is considered a “premier building site with gorgeous views of golf course, mountains and nearby estates,” according to its listing agent. The Jammers bought it for $1.45 million in Oct. 2005, and is on the market for the price of $900,000.
