Ikebana Design For Your La Jolla Home

La Jolla Community, News | 16th Aug 2011

On Saturday August 27th, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.,  you can make a beautiful floral arrangement for your La Jolla home.  This class, held weekly on Saturdays, teaches you about the unique Ikebana design, a floral technique based around principles of combining space and nature.  It embraces the concept that less is more and considers space to be a central element of floral decoration and design.  The cost of the class is $19 and you will learn amazing techniques to impress your family, friends, and neighbors who live in La Jolla.  The class will be held in the La Jolla Seminar Room at the La Jolla Riford Branch Library, located at 1755 Draper Avenue, in La Jolla.  Please register at the Circulation Desk or call 858.552.1657 to find more.   To learn more about Ikebana design, please click here.
