Favorite Cities For the Super Rich

News | 20th Aug 2012

One benefit that multi-millionaires get is that they can easily live in any expensive cities, for instance Miami and can have another home in Monte Carlo.  It’s just too easy for them.  There are certain favorite cities of the super rich where the investors of the real estate can get a nice market.

London

The first in the list of the favorite cities of the super rich is London which seems a hometown for many rich people. It doesn’t matter that it’s a dictator in exile of Middle East or what; London will continue to be the No.1 in the real estate for around the next 10 upcoming years.

New York

Similar to London, New York will continue to stay at No.2 for around 10 upcoming years.  As long as the world’s largest equities market named Wall Street remains the same, there will be a lot of attractions towards the real estate of New York. It will be a second home for the investors and buyers.

Hong Kong

The third in the list of the favorite cities for the super rich is Hong Kong which is ranked amongst expensive cities. It is more expensive compared to New York. It is a favorite city for rich people but in the next 10 years, it will lose against Beijing and will jump to No.6

Paris

The fourth in the list is Paris. This is not one of the expensive cities but one of the most beautiful cities as well. This city is no doubt a place for the super rich to live. But in the next 10 years, Shanghai will replace Paris and it will jump to No.7

Singapore

The fifth in the list is Singapore which is a port city and that even the largest. This city has taken a lot of advantage from the Asian growth. It is the best center for the commodities entering and traded in the markets of Asia. It will stay on No.5 for the upcoming 10 years.

Miami

Miami is also one of favorite cities of the super rich. Miami will be replaced by several Asian cities in the next decade but will stay as a favorite in the Latin Americans.

Geneva

Geneva is also in the list of the favorite cities of the super rich but jump to No.9 in the upcoming 10 years by the growing market cities.
