For some of us the name “Coronado” invokes images of the historic hotel in a seaside setting and for others it is an old-fashioned American small town. Still others might picture an island community closely bound to the US Navy. Each of these perspectives of the Crown Isle is special in its own right and has been inspiring artists since the town’s beginnings in the late 1800s.
