Classes Make Living in Coronado Even Better!

One of the great benefits of having a family and living in Coronado is the extensive list of Recreation programs for children and teens. Participating in these programs can be a great way to meet new friends, learn something new, and stay active and healthy. The fall/winter recreation guide is out now and registration for residents and non-residents is now open. You can register in 5 different ways, on-line, by phone, mail or fax, or walk in. Hurry and reap the benefits of living in Coronado and register today before your child’s favorite classes and activities fill up.

Take a moment and peruse the possibilities for your child. The recreation guide is filled with youth sports leagues, tennis and rowing classes, and swim lessons. Keep flipping through the guide and find gymnastics, jump rope, and dance classes. Coronado also offers the unique opportunity to participate in things like rock climbing, tae kwon do and surfing. In addition to sports, there are also many classes available for youth with topics including cooking, gardening, science, and community service. There is truly something for every child and teen living in Coronado, so be sure to sign up before your favorite activities fill up.
