Where to see Christmas Lights Live in San Diego; Residential Displays
If you live in San Diego, there are some fantastic light displays you will want to see before the season winds up. For your convenience, we will highlight the best residential holiday lights to see in various communities near your San Diego home.
Point Loma is one of the oldest most eclectic communities of San Diego, located between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful downtown. People from all backgrounds have settled here, bringing their own flare to their holiday displays. One continuing theme for their holiday decorations is maritime and seafaring, so prepare to be impressed by the nautical displays on many beautiful homes, full of Christmas spirit. If you keep driving through the area, you’ll see some impressive sights. Garrison off of Catalina Boulevard is particularly impressive and you’ll want to park and walk around these amazing displays.
La Jolla sets itself apart from the city grandly and invites families for a great outing in visiting the beach, and then the Village for shopping or a bite to eat, and then a drive-by for the lovely lights.
Coronado is 7.4 square miles only with two ways in and two ways out: the San Diego-Coronado Bridge and the City of Imperial Beach to the south by State Highway 75. You’ll love holiday light hunting here because everyone goes all out with getting into the Christmas spirit and so many homes are decorated to the nines.
Enjoy viewing the beautiful holiday lights in San Diego!
